Returns & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and elegance. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a refund or exchange, given that it abides by our return and exchange policy.
1. Queendom accepts returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
3. The following items will NOT be accepted:
Items purchased with a discount or during seasonal sale periods. These sales are final!
Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered, and washed returns or anything Queendom by Romance reasonably believes has been used
Anything that has been tried on in direct skin contact.
Hosiery items if the package has been opened.
Any personalized or monogrammed items.
Processing: Processing times can take 3-14 business days. Your order will ship after processing is complete.
Method: Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from queendombyromance.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Claims: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.
Queendom by Romance does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of Stock Items: Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.
